Richard Jue

Rich Jue serves as Sheriff Miyamoto's Chief of Staff.

A native San Franciscan, Rich has deep community ties and extensive law enforcement experience. He is a founder and past president of the San Francisco Asian Peace Officers Association, vice president of the San Francisco Unified Lions Club, and is the chair of the Nihonmachi Street Fair Board of Directors, an important annual celebration for Asian American Pacific communities.

Rich comes to us from the San Francisco Police Department where he served at the rank of Sergeant and has worked for 30 years. He is married with a college-age son.
