Please note the following rules.
- Incarcerated persons housed at county jail who attend educational, vocational and behavioral health programs cannot make phone calls while they attend programs.
- During periods of high demand, individual phone time may be limited.
- COVID-19 safety rules, which require people to keep a safe distance from each other, may affect how long a person can be outside of their housing unit and talk on the phone.
- Outside phone calls to people inside the jail are not permitted unless approved by jail management.
