COVID-19 Jail, Community Programs & SFSO Staff Data

Jail Health Services (JHS), a section of the Department of Public Health, began providing COVID-19 testing in April 2020 to arrestees at jail intake.

In March 2021, JHS began offering COVID-19 vaccinations to people in custody under the City's expanded eligibility guidelines.
