How it works

Individuals released from jail between 6 p.m. and 5 a.m. complete a voluntary late release form. They will state if they want to be released from custody as soon as possible or during daytime business hours. People who request later release may change their minds at any time. They may remain in custody up to 16 more hours, or until daytime business hours begin, whichever is shorter.
