  CIVIL PROCESS FEE SCHEDULE

On January 1, 2005, new fee rates will be in effect for the performance of civil process.  All process received or performed on or after January 1, 2005 will be subject to these new rates.

THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT WILL REQUIRE PREPAYMENT OF FEES prior to performing civil process service. (Government Code Section 6103.2)

The San Francisco Sheriff's Department is fully staffed to serve all civil process.  Same-day service will be provided for banks and other Third Party levies if received before 11:00 AM (excluding holidays and eviction days).  Proof of services will be issued for all services.
